I am a strong believer in strength! Whether your goal is to get physically stronger, lose unwanted bodyweight/fat or improve your general physical fitness & wellbeing, following a strength based exercise programme will help to achieve all of these.
Let's be honest, there's hundreds of online strength coach's in the UK, (across the globe thousands!), & trusting a stranger with your money is a bit of a gamble. All I can honestly say is that with my years of experience with physical training, my current status as an novice level strongman & as a qualified level 2 gym instructor & strength coach I am more than capable to help you achieve your goals through strength based training

Get Strong!
As already indicated, the main focus in my programmes will be gaining strength. This is not to be confused with gaining size. You can be crazy strong without having big bulging muscles, unless that's what you want.

Weight Management
Through the use of strength based training you will exert more energy and as a result burn more calories as you lift. This plus a healthy boost in your metabolism will increase your chances of managing you bodyweight.

Get Fit
While increasing you strength and getting your body into a shape you are happy with will leave you feeling awesome, if your overall fitness levels are poor this will put a bit of dent in your results. Being strong is great but if you find yourself fighting for breath after a brisk walk or gentle jog you need to look further into your fitness.
