My first Strongman Competition!

In January 2024 I will be recreating a strongman competition that is taking place in Southampton, UK.

My initial plan was to attend as this is being held in my hometown & the weights for the events are more realistic for my weight category and experience.

Unfortunately, a couple of issues have come up & I am unable to travel to event.

Instead of missing out on the day I gave decided to recreate the competition, events & weights in my man cave! A couple of events have been remodelled due to space & equipment restrictions but I am very much looking forward to it!
